NEW YORK, NY (PRWEB) AUGUST 11, 2015
Professional Examination Service, the most experienced organization in professional licensure and certification services, today announced that Jeremy Burrus, Ph.D., has joined the organization as principal research scientist working in the Center for Innovative Assessments, where he reunites with colleague Richard D. Roberts, Ph.D., the Center’s vice president and chief scientist.
“We are pleased to welcome Jeremy to ProExam’s Center for Innovative Assessments. His expertise in the field of noncognitive assessments in both the professional and academic markets helps expand our capabilities in these increasingly important domains,” said Robert S. Block, president and CEO, Professional Examination Service.
“I am thrilled that Jeremy will be joining the Center. We worked closely together while at the Educational Testing Service (ETS) building numerous products and conducting research for clients around the globe,” said Roberts.

He has published numerous articles and won several awards, including a Presidential Award from ETS in 2011.
“Working with Rich and the experienced ProExam team offers a wonderful opportunity for me to apply my experience in noncognitive assessment to develop world-class products and services for ProExam’s clients,” said Burrus.
In addition to his research in the field of workforce readiness, Burrus has conducted research on Cross-Cultural Competence, Cognitive Biases and K-12 Student and Teacher Noncognitive Skills.
